- ... Got ENGAGED! Yes, the unwilling workaholic, independent, career woman, who can’t cook or clean for nuts, finally found a man smart enough to know my true worth! Now my fiancé and I are going through plans and budgets for the wedding while scratching our heads on how to go about it all. If only eloping was an option (just kidding mum)...
- ... Received two blog awards for Ulat Buku in the City, which is an honour and made me feel truly welcomed in the blogging community.
- ... Celebrated my 34th birthday with good health, ok financial status but most importantly surrounded by loving family and friends.
- ... Received GREAT, GREAT pressies from friends and family. My favourite? The Blackberry mobile phone my fiancé gave me which allows me to go online anytime, anywhere... definitely very useful for a soon to be blogaholic.
January was a great start to 2009 which leaves me feeling really optimistic for February.
